How does a carrier set up with Freightlink Brokerage?

Enter your MC number on this page. After FMCSA confirms your authority, we send a setup link to the email address on your FMCSA record. It can be used once, within 24 hours.

Which documents make up a complete carrier file?

A W-9, your MC certificate, a certificate of insurance, a certificate naming Freightlink Brokerage Inc. as certificate holder, a voided check for each ACH or wire account, and a notice of assignment if you factor.

How are payments made?

Directly, through your factoring company, or both, by ACH, wire transfer or EFS. You choose your default method during setup.

How should my insurance certificate be sent?

Your insurance provider sends it to [email protected], listing Freightlink Brokerage Inc. as certificate holder. We approve your setup once it is received and verified.

What if the email on my FMCSA record is out of date?

Update it with FMCSA, or call us and we will arrange your setup directly.
